Firm wins $1.1 million judgment for Hawaii environmental remediation company against national contractor

The firm secured a $1.1 million judgment for a leading environmental remediation services company in Hawaii, against a national environmental contractor.  The victory capped nearly two years of litigation that culminated in a trial before Chief Judge J.
