Representative Experience in Health Care Law
- Negotiated a physician employment agreement, which resulted in net cost savings for our client that exceeded the cost of legal fees.
- Represented an ambulatory surgical center in obtaining regulatory approval for change of control.
- Advised a financially struggling hospital on improving billing practices to help achieve solvency.
- Advised a healthcare technology company on licensing technology and obtaining venture capital funding.
- Drafted policies and procedures to assist a behavioral health center achieve Joint Commission accreditation.
- Drafted lease agreement and other agreements for a single-specialty physician organization and ensured that such agreements complied with Federal Anti-kickback and Stark Law.
- Negotiated a service agreement between an anesthesia practice and a community hospital.
