Elijah Yip to Speak About California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) to American Marketing Association of Hawaii

Luminate Law partner Elijah Yip will be speaking to the American Marketing Association, Hawaii Chapter about the California Consumer Protection Act at a Lunch & Learn seminar on November 14, 2019. The CCPA is California’s new data privacy law that will take effect on January 1, 2020. The seminar will cover the applicability of the CCPA to Hawaii businesses and their advertising and marketing activities.
